“I recently moved to Charlotte and was looking to get established at a dentist's office. I asked my family for reccomendations in a group chat and was immediately told that I needed to make an appointment with Dr. Ferrara. They were right. After my first visit I had complete trust in Dr Ferrara's opinion. We reached the end of my allotted appointment time on my first visit, and Emele stayed an additional 30 minutes to find a solution that worked for me. Each option was detailed specifically with my budget, while Lauren the dentist assistant worked with the front staff to find the best way my insurance could cover it. I had never had a dentists office put this much effort put into making sure I got the best care for my money. I had several procedures performed within just a few months, and despite the nature of the work I was never once uncomfortable. Dr. Ferrara and Lauren would check in every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable, and...I always was. I had a good amount of dental phobia going in to my original appointments, I had even pushed off a lot of work I needed done. But by my third and fourth appointment I had no anxiety, I was more worried about making sure I wasn't late to my check-in. Seriously, Im not sure how I could have had a better experience. My cleaning with the hygienist Leah was thorough yet quick and painless. Unfortunately I didn't catch the names of the front staff, but they were all genuinely kind and put substantial effort into helping me. If you're looking for a new dentist, you've found it. Comfy office, kind people and skilled professionals...what else could you ask for?”

There are a variety of exercise opportunities, and the pool always awaiting. The grounds are immaculate, perfectly beautiful including a lovely lake for an afternoon stroll. I have particularly enjoyed reconnecting with many acquaintances from my past. My husband and I considered and compared other retirement homes and the Cypress always came on top! Come join us...”
