“CP Instructors ~Joy, MK and Bridget~ have made me a believer for Pilates as a safe and wonderful core muscle workout for overall health. Each has their level of expertise to enhance smooth flow of all body movements. They make certain our bodies are in line, breathing is accurate and very supportive. Clean equipment and prices are fair. I've attended 5 times this week; first time to Pilates (have double knee replacements) and I must say I am thoroughly excited to attend next week and weeks to follow. Muscles I forgot I had :-) are awaken and I feel so much better. My sleep quality, breathing, mental-focus on daily tasks has improved. I truly cannot believe what a difference this experience has been and I look forward to more and the fellowship among classmates @6am :-) I'm a early-bird! Classes are offered all during day/evening.
