“Our family just moved her from NY and my son just had his first appointment here on Thursday after being seen by the same dentist for the last 6 years back home and I can’t say enough about this practice. All the staff was extremely pleasant and inviting. The waiting room had Disney Plus playing on the TV (which my son loves ) and had a fun magnetic board for the kids to use while waiting. Once we went out back the inviting environment continued with the assistant Bre (I believe) whom cleaned his teeth followed by Dr. Shah for the exam. My son can’t wait for his next 6 month visit and for another squishy toy! And PS the kids corner and the waiting room was soooo adorable!”

I literally get a smile on my face during my daily drive over to Y6 to practice and sweat out my day. Diversity of class types has a fit for everyone that enjoys a vinyasa (breath + movement) style of yoga: sculpt has weights incorporated, slow, 101, power to restorative. Most classes are warm/hot but not all. Flows for all levels yogis. The variety of times on their weekly schedule is the first reason I walked through their door. Early bird classes during the week, classes throughout the morning and lunch, several evening options and even open for several classes Saturday and Sunday. Added bonus, if you travel they also have an unlimited package for use at all nation wide studios. Highly recommend you check Yoga6 out whether you’re curious / new to yoga or a seasoned yogi you will find a flow for you. Love the community and motivation Y6 has given me!”
