“I can’t say enough good things about Dr Berger. I have been a patient of his since 2005 and even though I moved 200 miles away in May 2017, I continue to make the drive back because the service is simply amazing. Dr. Berger is kind, very intelligent, and most importantly, he takes the time to listen to his patients and then provides you with options on how best to treat your illness. Sometimes, he will give you several options and will go over the pros and cons of each, and then allow you to make the best decision for yourself. I have never felt rushed, very rarely do I have to wait long periods of time, and the office does their best to see their patients as soon as possible if you have an urgent matter. Their practice is part of Novant health, which uses the latest technology to assist their patients. They have a very easy to use mobile app, which allows you to communicate with the doctor, see test results, and make appointments. You can even schedule a web visit on a PC if you cannot make it into the office. These, among many others, are reasons why I continue to make the three-plus hour drive to see Dr. Berger. If you are looking to change doctors, or looking for a new family medical care practice, I would strongly encourage you to make an appointment with Dr. Berger.”
