“The location is perfect if you have to fly out very next day, but if you have important conference/meeting in the morning you are not getting a good sleep due to flights landing at various times. I know I didn't get any sleep. Nonetheless, the hotel room and the bathroom I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast experience and the choice of breakfast could be improved. I had pleasant time at this hotel.”

“I won't stay anywhere else in Charlotte. The staff is a step above here and truly cares about their guests. The front desk ladies and shuttle service drivers take the time to make sure your needs are not only met but your expectations are exceeded. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Even being on the first floor near the highway, it was quiet and peaceful. I can't rave enough about this hotel!”

“I thought it would bother me being close to the airport but I really enjoyed my stay here. Slept very well. The breakfast was excellent. They had a wide variety of foods to choose from, even maple sausage. The staff was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“this place is consistently great whenever I fly through Charlotte. My mom and I like to stay here because it's spacious and they're nice to us, there's a great shuttle and everything is always clean. You can always count on a Marriott even if it's just a courtyard small like this one. Still great. When she calls ahead they have a pack and play ready for us for the baby in the room which is excellent. Nice staff”

“I used to stay in Uptown all of the time for business but happened to stay here one night and now this is the only place I will stay in Charlotte. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and has such quick access to I-77. The hotel could use some renovations, but from talking to hotel staff, there are plans to completely renovate the lobby and the gym. I typically travel from Mon-Wed, and with my schedule I always have Ally working the afternoon/ night shift. She seriously takes care of me. She has my preferred room ready by the time I arrive, and literally knows everyone by name that checks in - they love her. Will continue to stay here as long as Ally is here.”

“I typically like to stay at the Hyatt because it fits everything that I need. I stayed at many of them across the country. I have yet to have a disappointing experience. The layout of the room, the amenities, even the Internet speed are all great things at the Hyatt. Friendly staff, clean hotel, fantastic breakfast, nice pool. Overall a great value. I would stay here again.”

“The room was clean and well kept, but was a bit too small for my liking. When the futan was open in the room with a king size bet there was very little room to move around. The lobby however was quite the opposite. The lobby is huge and comfy. Quite the area to chill and enjoy a quiet moment or to see the news or just to go print a very important document. The staff was extremely kind and professional. My short stay was good.”

“Okay room for the price. Don't go in expecting more than the necessities. When I checked in I asked for the airport shuttle, and in the morning they said the night crew never wrote it down. But they were able to get us a shuttle on time in the end.”
