I decided to get a 45 minute table massage (fully clothed). My therapist was Makeisha, and let me tell you, she was worth every penny and more. Was it a little pricey? Yes. Would I do it again? Without a doubt! I'd even schedule a layover intentionally to see her. If you take my advice, you will too and when she asks if you want a head/face massage, say YES! I had no idea how much stress I was carrying there. She totally blessed me today.”

“This is my home gym. I use this gym usually 2 to 3 times a week, especially on Fridays afternoon after work, its usually less busy. Always find a Clean locker room and all machines have always been in clean and working order. I think most equipment was changed out last year. Staff is also always friendly. The staff trainer is available to help and answer questions. Over all great gym, been going for a year and a half .”
