“I just wanted to thank everyone from the sales, management, office personnel, delivery person and the service department for everything they have done for my family. We were in the process of getting 10 acres with three beds two baths mobile home with it. We submitted the application and got approved for the loan in the beginning of December 2020. Knowing the situation that we were in they said they will help us and paid the full down payment for it. Time went by things went bad but we stayed calm and believe that soon we would eat in our table in our new home. Months flew by telling us next week we would close but every week was the same. In the middle of May we became homeless we used our last $70 just enough for one night in the motel. The next day we were back in the streets and had to use the money from our closing cost for a week in the motel. During that time we were in our lowest and afraid that we would have nowhere to live. Calling around in corpus for apartments there was none ready and available until the beginning of the month.We called the people who we were getting the mobile home with for a refund of our down payment when the sales person tried to convince us to stick with it and wait or not we will regret it in backing out from the deal knowing the situation we were in. Later on the general manager sent us an email that we Were really close to closing we just needed one and a half months left before we can close or they will give us half of our down payment. We called and cried to the general manager explaining everything what was going on And told him that we were supposed to close two - three months ago And waited patiently to close then he said that he will review our file and talk to corporate. The next day we got an email apologizing for everything that his department has done to us giving us a full refund.But thanks to the man above guiding us to Rockport Explore USA them knowing our situation they moved fast made it simple for us getting us on RV a temporarily place to call home and something we can keep forever.Thanks to everyone that works there not one employee lacking for everything you did for us. Thank you y’all are awesome!!!”

“Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking. This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front. They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.”

“This was only the second time ever buying from a dealer and we were extremely pleased with how professional yet laid back Jason was. I read all, I mean all, of the reviews and felt what few complaints there were related to mis-communication. However, our experience was that Jason was very communicative and assured us he wouldn't show the car until after we viewed in the following day. “I'm so happy. I looked at Lowe's, home Depot and even Ferguson in Gastonia. I had trouble finding this shower stem even online! Ferguson recommended this place and the woman working here was very friendly and knowledgeable, she looked at my part and within 5 seconds had it in my hand, I couldn't believe it! When I spoke with her she said this place has been here over 70 years and she and the other employee have decades of experience between them. The store is hidden and doesn't currently have a sign on the road, it's BEHIND the rim shops off the main road (see video). Even though I live in Gastonia I will gladly return to this location for my future plumbing needs. It's open from 8-5 m-f and sat 9-1 closed on Sunday. It looks like they close a little earlier in the winter time. You do not need to be a plumber to come here, I'm just a regular Joe.”
