Glenn was easy to schedule, early (he called before showing up), extremely reasonable, polite, knowledgeable, and shared great advice. The pieces were hung quickly and at the exact right level (thanks to Glenn's art and framing background). He changed out the standard hardware, too. We will definitely call Glenn again.”

“So I always wait to give reviews until I’ve been somewhere a few times. I rarely give 5 stars and this Shop deserves it. I shopped for a new bike and decided to upgrade my current model instead. The staff is not pushy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Adam, who helped me over the phone get a stem ordered, Alex who serviced and put new parts on my bike I even walked in to pick up my bike and bought a front mud guard he threw it on without hesitating, small gestures like this where they show they care about your experience will keep me coming back. I highly recommended this shop.”

“I was a huge admirer of my mothers tattoos. My mother knew Ricky, a friend of her past. When I was 16, she allowed my first tattoo - a small red rose on the top of my left foot. Afterward, I went to Ricky's Tattoo for each tattoo I would receive, including having my eyes lined with black ink so that I wouldn't have to line them anymore, which have faded because that was 20-years ago. I asked for a tattoo around 2006, which I paid and tried increasing the amount he requested only for it to bounce. I never have made it right with him, but I have wanted to for the past 10-years only to forget when I had money, and remember when I have no money. Since then I have had 3 tattoos and not one of the 3 come close to the quality of Ricky's work. I will return and settle my debt, because I not only want more tattoos, but I need one to hide deep wound scars. I apologize Ricky, and I have kept you in mind. So happy your wonderful shop is still doing great!”

“We had to replace a cook top in our kitchen, so after waiting for a while at Home Depot, we went to Plaza Appliance in Pineville. Having dealt with them in the past during a kitchen remodel, we found them to be informative and easy to work with. This experience was the same way. They set up an installation date, called ahead of time the morning of, came on time, installed the cook top in less than 30 minutes, and called a few days later to be sure everything was satisfactory. We dealt with Curtis and our installer, Fernando. We could not have been more pleased with this whole experience. I am never going to consider going to Lowe's or Home Depot again for a major appliance. These people did what they said they were going to do and we had such great service. They are the best!”

“By far the best store I ever could have walked into. We are very picky and must have sturdy, good quality, and the safest furniture for our little girl that is coming soon. Paul (the store owner) is truly amazing and has been beyond helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed for a great price. We have been everywhere looking at cribs and baby furniture and we were not even planning on buying today but just Paul’s wealth of knowledge, understanding of what we were looking for, and just the amount of help he gave us in providing us with our dream room for our little one is just unmatched!
