“I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to the Cosmetic Concierge. Every single step of this process, up to my surgery and after, have been absolutely amazing. About six months ago I finally made the call and began working on my top surgery and lipo with them and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kevin was incredible with keeping me up to date with the information I needed and keeping me calm during the process. When I got there the day of surgery (travel weary and exhausted) the facility was beautiful and luxurious and had such a calm atmosphere you wouldn’t even know it was a clinic. Max did my intake and pictures and it was such a comfortable experience for something that could have been really uncomfortable. Dr. Sherie met with me beforehand and introduced herself and talked with me as well as their anesthesiologist. Everything went so smoothly that I almost don’t even remember it - I went to the OR completely calm and prepared knowing exactly what was going to happen, and they made sure my exit was as comfortable as possible. This does not feel sterile or like a hospital or anything of the nature - it’s comfortable and relaxed and exactly the kind of place you’d want to be in to get something done. The follow ups were just as informative. My surgery had no complications and was even finished earlier than they expected - and the healing process has been just as amazing. They couldn’t have done a better job, and neither could anyone else. No matter the distance you travel (mine was 500 miles!) and no matter who has a better quote, THIS is where you want to go. I am a real person who was really afraid of this process, like anyone would be, and if I did it again I’d pick the Cosmetic Concierge every time over. Amazing staff and doctor. Amazing facility. Amazing results.”

“Very comfortable booth seating. All of the staff that i encountered were friendly and outgoing. The restaurant was extremely clean and well-maintained as were the restrooms. The restrooms were some of the cleanest smelling that I've ever been in. The meal portions were plentiful and refills on your beverages are free. I'm more inclined to eat baked and/or broiled seafood, but the batter on both the shrimp and flounder was light with a nice crunch. “I'm so happy. I looked at Lowe's, home Depot and even Ferguson in Gastonia. I had trouble finding this shower stem even online! Ferguson recommended this place and the woman working here was very friendly and knowledgeable, she looked at my part and within 5 seconds had it in my hand, I couldn't believe it! When I spoke with her she said this place has been here over 70 years and she and the other employee have decades of experience between them. The store is hidden and doesn't currently have a sign on the road, it's BEHIND the rim shops off the main road (see video). Even though I live in Gastonia I will gladly return to this location for my future plumbing needs. It's open from 8-5 m-f and sat 9-1 closed on Sunday. It looks like they close a little earlier in the winter time. You do not need to be a plumber to come here, I'm just a regular Joe.”
