Jonathan was happy to help and after an initial assessment of my strength and balance we started a fitness program to meet my goals. He was always quick to help when I had a question about the program or it was time for a new program. I use the Train Heroic app when I am not working out with him directly, and it helps making working out simple. There is a clear routine with easy to watch videos if you do not understand a specific move. Working with Jonathan over the past 6 years has definitely improved my strength, coordination, golf swing, and overall well being of my body. “I love, love, love this place. There are so many beers that you cannot find anywhere. The best part is the staff knows beer! They can guide you through the droves of beer and make stellar recommendations. The food here is really good too however, sometimes the wait can be a little long. It's a nice grab and go place but there is also seating inside and outside. Inside can be a little cramped with other shoppers but it wasn't bad.”

I like not relying on vending machines, especially now. Their rooms are as immaculate as the entire property! Dogs and their humans enjoyed ability to walk safely at all times of day and night, due to seemingly capable security presence. Spacious hallways wide enough to comfortably walk by other luggage toting guests easily. Amenities lack NOTHING.”

“I have SO many amazing things to say about Samara. As someone who eats a plant based diet, I’m always nervous health professionals are going to push me toward eating animal products, but Samara had a wealth of knowledge and understanding for my choices and I felt incredibly respected during my entire time working with her. I decided to reach out to Samra after having an array of health issues and symptoms that was lasting for months on end. I was feeling incredibly frustrated that no medical professional I visited was able to help me or discover the root cause of my symptoms. It took Samara a short, 15-minute phone consultation with me to suggest I get bloodwork done to check certain vitamin levels and sure enough- I was severely deficient in two vitamins that were causing the range of symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Kate individualizes is treatment plan specific to each person. She values your own input. I have had treatment with her colleagues as well. These health professionals are excellent! I will not treat anywhere else for my Physical Therapy needs.”
