“I’m happy with the service. Josh was great to work with. I really liked his honesty. The level of communication he gave me was exceptional. The only problem was, I took my vehicle in a week before the service to schedule the appointment and to let them know what I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and nobody ever followed up with me. Even though I had brought my vehicle in the prior week, nobody ever ordered the parts I needed or notified me of the cost. This resulted in the dealership having to keep my vehicle for 2 days waiting for the parts to arrive. It was extremely frustrating. Since nobody reached out to me prior to the service date, I was unaware that a PO had to be opened and/or payment given for the part. I hope this isn’t common practice. I will go back for service one more time to give them a second chance mainly because of how great Josh was to work with.”

“This store had exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to get pre-emergent for my lawn. The staff member there was very helpful and thoughtful to match what I wanted with what sort of grass I had at home depending on the time of year. He was happy to explain his thought process for me as well. Their equipment is more so meant for commercial use but he didn't mind me coming in to just get one small bag. He and I even made a plan of what I should do to help my grass over the next few months . My bag of pre-emergent will probably be able to make two rounds on my .3 acre property. There hours aren't very conducive to non commercial business, they open at 7 am so I had to pop in before work since they close at 4.30 and aren't open on weekends . When I arrived at 7.30 he was still working on opening the store so he wasn't quite ready for me, but my transaction was quick and didn't make me late for work.”

Dave came and gave us the step-by-step information we needed to coordinate with the electrician, how much tile we needed, and how to make the insert we had selected work into the design. Mario did an excellent job on the carpentry and tile work required to make the project a success. The project was finished on-time and on-budget and we couldn't be happier. “There was only one person at the desk when I went in at 6:00 PM and four of us in line. The person in front of me had some difficulties where they could not locate the package and brought a wrong one out, but quickly did get the correct one. Getting my package and signing for it was fairly fast- especially compared to the USPS. If I were shipping something or had any questions I could see it would take a while. Place was clean and clutter-free. Not rude, but not overly welcoming. 4 stars.”

“We have taken a couple of our cars here. Always for insurance repairs. I never question the work, it's always too quality. They make sure to save you money where ever they can. Great having them work with Enterprise rentals for pickup when you have to leave your car and still need one. Very friendly with southern charm. Pretty clean looking work area despite the grunge they have to deal with. Pretty nice interactions with any of the people we have spoken with working on the cars as well. I just recommended them again to a friend just a few days ago.”

“Bought hoodies and some onesies for a 6 month nephew . Had to buy them at full price and just after a month the prices went down. So recommend that shopping be done after Thanksgiving and Christmas at these stores and save at least 70%. And the jackets shrink a little so better to buy at least 1size bigger than the required size”
