“My husband and I have lived here for the past two years and have really enjoyed it! The employees both in maintenance and in the office are always friendly and willing to help out with whatever they can. The amenities are great - I’m always bragging about the free Starbucks, the pools and the monthly events! The newly renovated gym has something for everyone and they’re always offering classes. Any issue we have had in the apartment with something that needed to be fixed were always resolved quickly and efficiently. We searched for a long time to find a good apartment complex and have found one that we are proud to be a part of here!”

Upon move in, I had a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by maintenance (Rudy in particular) and my neighbors are great. The amenities are great although I would appreciate 7 day trash pickup a lot more. Looking forward to a great time here!”

“01/14/2019- When I rented my most recent Public Storage unit. The lock from the prior owner needed to be cut off. It took several weeks to get the old lock cutoff from the unit. When it was finally cut, the new lock I had purchased from Public Storage would not work. It was not until I came back to the facility when Bill was working and explained the situation to him that I was finally able to get my locker open. Not only did Bill come up with a solution, but he was patient and kind during the entire process. Thank you Bill for another example of stellar customer service. 12/22/2018 My appointment with Tina today was worth my writing an addendum to my prior review describing the excellent customer service I received at this location. Tina was a delight to work with. She answered all my questions. She was patient, professional and friendly. If I ever need a third storage unit, I hope Tina will be there to work with me again. 11/2018 I was in the midst of planning a move and had reserved an additional storage locker at this site. When my move date changed, I canceled my reservation. Bill called me to confirm that I had indeed canceled, and he was super understanding about my cancellation. Nowadays it's not often that I encounter a person in sales who is understanding about a cancellation! As soon as I get a firm move date, I plan to re-order a storage locker at this facility. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Bill!”
