“Our oldest dog comes for daycare and a couple a time a year for grooming. He knows exactly where his group is and will drag his handler to the gate. He is very crate phobic, his groomer always remembers and handles him with care. Our new pup is 1-1/2 yo and last Friday was his first time getting groomed there, only the 2nd time in his life. They did an amazing job and he did great with them. Great people there, and they treat our dogs as they do their own.”

“It’s important to find a vet you and your dog are comfortable with. It’s important to find a vet who is non-judgmental and will go that extra mile for you and your dog, and not foist unwanted and unwelcome (and uneducated) opinions/advice on their clients. Dr Robin Scott is that vet. She listens, she learns, she recommends, and she clearly cares. She doesn’t patronize or condescend. And she knows her stuff. My senior anxious boy is relaxed around her and my young uncertain boy doesn’t feel threatened by her. My other two just love on her. I believe my attitude is reflected in their attitude. Do yourself and your dogs a favour: Hunt around for a good vet, a REALLY good vet. Don’t settle. Your dogs are worth just as much as your human children, and they all deserve excellent care.”
