“That’s a little wild little natural park near Chapel Hill. I am happy to spend 30 min here before or after work to sort myself. The bench are plenty and the signs are clear. Well maintained but pretty wild and natural place. Love it. There is a river just 2 min away from parking lot, just cross the meadow. An overlook with nice view where you stand on rocks enjoying the river curving below. There is only very few traffic, if you don’t want to see people but only mother nature, that’s the place to go. Note: there are wild trails at the turning point of the loop without official safety guarantee but pretty fun to explore.”

“Having driven past this place multiple times I was very pleasantly surprised. They have amazing fresh bagels, local fare, and a mix of various smoked meats for sandwiches. We had breakfast and the breakfast sausage, egg, and provolone cheese was delicious. We also tried their fresh cream cheese with smoked salmon mixed in, like a lox cream cheese. Everything was great, fast, and a lovely courtyard to wait in to keep with social distancing. Will definitely return.”
