G & T's Soul Food

Arrived here in Elizabeth City with husband for a business job. I really enjoy my gizzards meal. They were cooked to my liking, great taste, not fried hard and crispy. Also my sides are delicious except I could’ve had my fries cooked a little bit crispier. Overall my dinner I rate 4.9. Highly recommended if you’re into Soul food.

Polite staff. Host offered me a drink while I was waiting for my food to be prepared. Order only took maybe 15min from the time that I placed it until It was ready. Food wasn’t cheap but it was worth it. Shrimp was seasoned well.

Owner was very pleasant and gave a overview of her establishment. Very cute spot to eat. Food was overall very tasty. She took our critiques and still smiled. I would definitely return and try other items.

Food was good , macaroni was delicious and so were the yams, collards were pretty good.
Gizzards we’re a little tough but flavorful
Turkey wings were good but needed some flavor
Hamburger steak was good.
I Would ABSOLUTELY return.
Appetizer came out after our meals & even though I ordered the kids meal 5 - 10 minutes prior to adult meals it was last .
All in all the food is amazing , the waitress might have been new but def not well organized with serving tables .
Check them out , for take out be patient there is one COOK. From what I could observe

This place was way better than expected. It is still new and building their menu but I had the wings and they were so good! Big and amazing all around. I went back to order more within an hour to bring home!
