(November 25, 2022, 8:22 am)We meet with Erin to list our house. At first, I was a tad disappointed at the delay to get an appointment but wow was it worth it. She came loaded with everything we needed to make an intelligent decision about our house. A clear market survey with documentation to support her thoughts and analysis of the pricing of our house. The plan of attack her company presented and uses goes above and beyond anything I've ever seen. You get statistical reporting on who is looking at the house online and from where, what site they came from, etc. She really takes the load off your shoulders and comes fully prepared to sell your house. She thinks of everything, staging company, advertising, I mean if it will help it is on her arsenal of tools to sell your property. She is amazing.
