“I’ve been a patient of Dr. Singhs for a while. The wait times are always WAY longer than I have anticipated, his equipment and methods are not the most contemporary and his bedside manner can be a little rough . I decided to try another Doctor, in Virginia Beach-the waiting room had a great coffee machine, they had several levels of triage to move you through your appointment quicker and all of the latest technology—the doctor that popped in for less than 5 minutes was so friendly and nice. I went BACK to Dr. Singh because THERE, you are more than a number. Dr. Singh spends a LOT of time with each patient, re-reads the case notes and knows your history. He reviews the x-rays with you, and takes the time to ask and answer questions. When you have a degenerative lung disease, would you rather be pushed through the system like cattle or spend some of your precious time getting a comprehensive consultation?? I’m sure there is a better way for Dr. Singh to manage his office and patients, but overall, I found him to be truly caring (that’s why he gets aggravated), highly competent and well worth the added wait time.”
