During the first five years, I worked out there every Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. before going to work as a mail carrier in Greensboro. Ginny, the owner trained me on almost all the equipment. Excellent training! Total Fitness is unique in its atmosphere. If has lots of equipment and room. Enough can't be said about it.
