Amazing gym! I felt welcomed from the moment I joined, no intimidation or judgement from anyone. Staff is awesome. Teresa is wonderful, she has taken time out of her own workouts to help me or show me how to use the newest equipment. Scott is amazing as well, he encourages and helps anyway he can.

Best gym in the Asheboro area - great management, lots of equipment, welcome atmosphere. They have a lot of unique equipment that are hard to find at other gyms. If you’re looking for a gym in the Asheboro area, this is the one!

A great gym for those middle of the night sessions! It stays pretty busy until around 11 pm, and the free weights are always congested during the day. But overall I enjoy this gym and I feel very comfortable here

I have always struggled with going to the gym mainly because I didn't like being the new person working out and surrounded by all the really "fit" people. Nautilus is the first gym I went to and felt comfortable. Everyone there is there to achieve the same goal and there are always super helpful people who don't mind giving you a little guidance if you need it. It's very affordable and has childcare available in the morning and afternoons. I love this gym and recommend it to everyone!
