  Chris with Hails RV is the best! From returning calls in a timely fashion to quoting my repairs and keeping me up on the projected repair date. They came exactly when they said they would and quickly repaired my awning with such professionalism. I highly recommend these guys for any repairs needed on your RV. Awesome guys and they are wonderful workers.

  After dealing with some other RV repair services in my area Chris and his team where prompt and professional and completed the inverter installation in a timely manner. In addition they helped me gain insight into my coach without strong arming me into addition services.

  They helped us through getting our camper fixed up following a power surge that happened to us at a campground and messed up a ton of wiring, AC, etc. They were super helpful when it came to working with our insurance with everything that came up throughout the whole process. Thank you!

  Chris and his assistant came to our RV and resolved our problem when our awning was ripped off by a high wind. They were polite, efficient and skilled. We would recommend him to anyone in need of rv repair.

  Chris was a great help!! He came to my house to fix my 12 volt problem in my 5th wheel camper! He was very professional and fairly priced! I recommend Hails to anyone that needs work done on their camper. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem in 24 hours! Thanks for the help.
