Staff in Salisbury are very nice and compassionate. They always seem very pleasant.
I've gone there once to the Willesboro office. I saw Tabitha the psychiatric nurse. She was an avid listener and took notes and was very thorough in her testing and empathy for my situation. She was 100% understanding and wasn't trying to push pills on me as some people have said below about the agency. They are courteous and go above and beyond in their concerns for your mental health. They are qualified and I would highly recommend them. Their bathroom was very clean and so was the office. The front desk ladies are always nice to me. It was also less expensive than some other places that I have been. They have a very caring and thorough staff.
