(February 2, 2021, 8:11 am)Great Dominican food Truck located in a gas station parking lot off Skyway Drive, in Monroe. Love thier "Patacon" (plantain sandwich) and their empandas. During cold weather they have "sancocho (dominican stew), which is delicious. They usally open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They are closed on Sundays. There are two other dominican places nearby, but this food truck beats them all. Their food is fresh and delicious!
