  The customer service at the Wesley Chapel Target on Weddington Road is normally amazing, but I have to brag on one employee specifically. Bette was my cashier and was incredible. She went above and beyond and gave me the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any store. She checked each item for possible coupons, and helped me sign up for other rewards. On top of all of that, she was super friendly, caring, and is so very personable.

  Selection of things I need and customer service. I love Target. The stores are always clean and bright, the employees are VERY helpful - have only had great experiences. And the products, from housewares, to clothing to greeting cards are top-quality and large selection! I won't shop at any competitors.

  The line was fast, the woman who scanned us out was quick in grabbing my item and very friendly during our also speedy checkout. Our item was ready within 20 mins of our order.

  Today was the first time ever tThe woman who returned my items claimed that even though my receipts had expired, she said that I would be getting less than what I paid for for my items. I find this completely wrong and absurd. If this is completely true, this needs to be clearly stated in the return policy online and on the back of receipts. Also, just because my receipts are expired, that does not mean Target should STEAL money from me! Yes, you read that correctly. It is complete and udder theft! I had receipts for three of the four items.
  This brings me to my next horrible experience: if I hadn't put the item numbers in the Target application on my phone to prove that those items were on those receipts, I would have never gotten my money back! She tried to accuse me of not having the items on my receipts! My best friend was with me when we had to show her how to do look items. I did not appreciate the fact that she tried telling me I wouldn't get a full refund back and then tried to tell me the items were not on the receipts. hat I had horrible customer service.
