Phyllis and the rest of the staff were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The shop was very spacious and organized. They also had multiple dressing rooms and mirrors for more than one Bride to use. I ended up saying yes to the dress and I could not be more happy with my decision!! Dar-Lynn's is also allowing me to store my dress at their shop until my wedding for no fee at all!”

“Staff is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best buying experiences I've had and I didn't feel pressured at all. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products and prices were reasonable. They're very upfront about the quality and offer a good warranty. (I do question why they have some lower end models that they claim are low quality if they're just going to steer you away from them, but it is what it is). They also offer delivery (through a third party) to anywhere in Charlotte, which is handy as not all of their products are highway legal.”
