“People if you want a good sounding system and you want the very best workmanship I would advise you to go to Carolina audio and I am not saying this because it is in my neighborhood let me tell you what happened I took my car to the Lexus store and my radio was going in and out like it had a bad connection but come to find out a little mice had gotten into the stood on the right side of the windshield annoyed the words into now don't get me wrong Alexis store is the best store that I know and they have pretty good technicians but maybe he just didn't feel good that day I bought the car back home and I begin cleaning my windshield and my hand would hit the side of the windshield where the stud was and the radio would go off so I said to myself it's got to have a short somewhere so I took it to Carolina audio the guy there told me but it may be a ground wire and that he would take a look at it and come to find out a mice had chewed the wires into the technicians name was Chris thank you Chris you saved us a lot of money”

“Above and beyond service! We own a small business and tonight we had an emergency exhaust system issue with one of our Sprinter mobile pet grooming vans. We called Meineke 30 minutes before they were to close and the service manager said to bring it in for a quick check. An hour later, he had welded the exhaust system back in place and had our groomer back on the road and ready for business tomorrow. I highly recommend Meineke in Monroe... We will be back!”

“Weird dude sat in the lobby kinda worried me. But I paid 375 total for initially just wanting to get my oil changed. But come to find out there was a bunch of things and maintenance needed. They couldn't balance my tires which was unfortunate but they where quick and told me what they where doing. Plus free coffee. ( I had 4 cups)”

“Easy In and Out for NC Vehicle Inspection: I made the appointment on-line about four days before I was to arrive. I called and confirmed the appointment time a day later. Upon my arrival, the car was inside the bay doors before I had pour myself a cup of coffee. About 25 minutes later, I had paid the bill and was out the door. This is the third time I have had my vehicles inspected at this location over the past several years and my experiences have always been good.”

“I came here recently to purchase a set of four tires for my 2013 Nissan. The stock tires still had some mileage left on them, but with the road conditions around here this time of year, you can't be too safe. I found a set of tires I was interested in on the store's web site. So, I special ordered the tires after doing my own research and the tires were in the shop in two days (arrived on a Friday). I had made an appointment earlier for the following Monday, but since the store had called me that the tires arrived earlier, I called and changed my appointment to the same day. They were very accommodating. Once I arrived at the shop, I waited a brief time in line. Within 15 minutes of arrival, my car was already on a rack getting a new set of tires. Within an hour of first arriving, I was headed out the door. Not bad. I would definitely recommend the store. Staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to assure you are happy with your purchase.”
