“Water heater sprung a leak, Yikes!! Called Stefan@ Carolina Plumbing Pros. They have repaired other plumbing issues in my home and I was very impressed with their knowledge, speed and efficiency. So, calling them for this problem was a no brainer! They replaced the water heater, updated all plumbing as required to building code. (The water heater that leaked was original to the home, 26 years old). The whole process from start to finish took less than 3 hours!!! The pricing was fair and Stefan is a Man of His word. Phyllis and the rest of the staff were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The shop was very spacious and organized. They also had multiple dressing rooms and mirrors for more than one Bride to use. I ended up saying yes to the dress and I could not be more happy with my decision!! They're very upfront about the quality and offer a good warranty. (I do question why they have some lower end models that they claim are low quality if they're just going to steer you away from them, but it is what it is). They also offer delivery (through a third party) to anywhere in Charlotte, which is handy as not all of their products are highway legal.”
