(March 13, 2021, 3:44 pm)I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Cary/Apex Spenga!! Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to get to know all of the members. I love being able to engage in spin, strength, and yoga all in one class! I am also impressed by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the studio.
(October 14, 2020, 9:01 pm)I joined SPENGA about a week ago and I absolutely love it. I was a member of Life Time for years and it wasn’t what I was looking for anymore. I love SPENGA because you get a great workout in about an hour! It’s 20 mins of cycling, strength and yoga. The instructors are fantastic and get you motivated and moving. The owners and staff are fantastic. I like the small club feeling as it’s more personalized. If you want a clean safe place to workout and get in shape SPENGA is for you.
