“Lee's Hardwood Floors is a family owned business and I selected them due to their good reputation and excellent equipment for good workmanship. They provided plenty of hardwood samples and assisted me with selecting a color which matched my existing foyer hardwood. Their work turned out great. They pulled out my family room carpet, scraped the floor of imperfections, nailed all the 4'x8' plywood, got all the squeaks out of my existing floor, laid out the new hardwood for color match and board length before nailing the new floor down. The job took 2 days. They sent workers back to resolve any minor imperfections I saw, such as leveling the air ducting vents in the floor and firmly securing the floor power plugs. The trim they selected matched the floor well and they consulted me on small matters as I was watching the floor go in. All of their workers wore face masks during this COVID-19 event. Their pricing was competitive. Their good customer service is what makes the difference.”
