I have used Dressen a few times over the years for my mother and a friend. They have always gone above and beyond. All the equipment that they have provided has been in great working order and they will help getting parts for equipment they don't carry if they can. They are a top notch company and I highly recommend them.

My mom needed a wheelchair and had a difficult time finding one to meet her needs. Everyone at Dressen Medical Supply was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient and went out of their way to make the process easier for us.

We chose Dressen Medical at the recommendation from our Dr. Mr. Dressen, Cadice, and others at the office, went out of their way to get what was needed for my husband, who has atypical Parkinson’s. Mr. Dressen is highly knowledgeable about the wording needed on Medicare forms, and worked with our PT and our dr to get the exact equipment he needed. He came to our home to measure my husband for his custom wheelchair, had it delivered to our home when it was ready, and has sent a service tech to our home to adjust it when we needed that done. Cadice is pleasant, a real people person, and highly effective at the front desk. She even brought equipment to our home. We won’t be doing business with anyone other than the fine folks at Dressen Medical in Holly Springs.

Dressen Medical Supply is a small privately owned company. I have been here multiple times and I have always been pleased. The people are always friendly and willing to take all the time in the world to help make sure you have everything you need. They will treat you with the old town fashion feel you are looking for. They always have everything I need or they are able to order it for me.
