“Dr Butts is such a good dentist. He explains stuff & works with you. My husband needed major dental work & Dr Butts explained everything to him. He was able to do it in a short period of time. I also respect the fact he couldn't work with medicaid patients anymore because he wouldn't give subpar care due to what they told him to use. He cares about his patients. Also his staff is great! They will try to help you with everything & are so friendly. I'd recommend his office to anyone. I'm so grateful we found him & I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

The waiting area is clean & open with fun technology/play area for the kiddos. The staff is friendly & professional from the phone conversations to in-office interaction. Allison, our hygienist, was such a delight to work with for my 5 & 2 year old - she was so professional and great with the kids! Dr. Banakus was wonderful, so professional, kind & caring! “Dr Bullock is a very competent, thorough physician who is excellent about identifying and explaining the suspected medical cause(s) of the situation at hand and then taking the necessary action. However, what is frustrating is the wait time on the day of an appointment, in today's case mid-morning. I've had about 4 appts with her and each, no matter the time of day, has had me waiting for 15-60 minutes. You'll get excellent care and she has a great bedside manner, but be prepared to wait for her to see you once you arrive. All-in-all, she is great and I just prepare myself to wait.”
