I got through to customer support immediately, they were professional and efficient, there were no issues returning the tickets. *Note to event organizers for Raleigh's Nights of Lights. How can you sell 1,000 tickets per hours, when only 600 cars can make it through the drive per hour? There's something called 'queueing systems', an analytic approach to optimizing services/wait times -> you should probably deploy something like that (smh).”
