A little bit about my experience in trying to find an attorney that would represent me in a Long-Term Disability appeal was no easy task. I went out on disability on 05 October 2018 and worked on my on with no avail to get my claim processed (Short-term and Long-term). I contacted ten attorneys’ before speaking with Amanda at Whiteman Law Firm, as I was talking with her, I broke down in tears because she was willing to listen and present my situation to Andy Whiteman. I thought, oh boy, here we go again, but much to my surprise, Andy took on my case.
After speaking with Andy, he had Amanda to schedule an appointment for me to meet with them regarding my case. I am suffering from a disability that has temporarily restricted my ability to walk. After the meeting, Amanda assisted me to my car, and then I had another meeting at their, and Andy did the same thing by walking me to my car. This is the kind of exemplary care that Whiteman Law firm conveys when working with them. They were attentive and helpful and always making sure I understand every decision made during the process. The result, Whiteman Law firm did win the case!
