  I had my first follow up Zoom meeting with Kelly, the health coach at Foundation Med and she was terrific. She recommended very practical suggestions to help me implement my doctor's plan of care. I didn't quite know what to expect but found her kind, approachable and most knowledgeable in her field.

  FoundationMed has been a fantastic group to work with. I started working with Dr. Citron a few years ago and we have been able to improve my health and eliminate some the issues I was having. Recently, I worked with the Health Coach and I'm really glad I spent the money. The Health Coach helped me see where I had the start of good habits and helped me see where it would be easy to throw in something that would better my health and help me reach my goals. I definitely recommend the office!!

  I cannot say enough about Dr. Citron and Kelly O'Brien, as well as, the entire office staff. They are all exceptional professionals and wonderfully caring people. I have been seeing Dr. Citron for almost a year now and have received incredible care, advice and help with my health journey. Along with Dr. Citron, Kelly O'Brien has been by my side the entire way as my health coach. Kelly has been instrumental in interpreting Dr. Citron's brilliant mind and explaining all his notes to me. I meet with her every few weeks and we discuss everything from meal plans to lab results. Having Kelly as a health coach is so beneficial because there is so much to learn and she's always there to answer all my questions. This is honestly the best that I've felt like in many years and I continue to make informed decisions that supports an extremely healthy lifestyle. And I owe it all to everyone at FoundationMED. Therefore, anyone interested in obtaining a truly healthy life, and feeling your very best, call FoundationMED and learn what functional medicine is all about. It's changed my life for the better!

  The staff is terrific and does a great job helping me get answers to questions before and after visits (I often have several since I’m learning so much about my health). Sharon is a top notch coach and health guide.

  I began seeing Dr. Citron a little over 2 years ago when I was still sick and bedridden. I was unable to do very much and most of my time was spent in bed or lying down on the couch. I had seen other specialists, integrative doctors, and naturopathic doctors, but none of them dug deep to get to the root cause of my issues the way Dr. Citron did. What has impressed most about working with Dr. Citron is that he runs tests to look for things I have never heard mentioned from other doctors - either western, integrative, holistic or functional. As a result, he is able to diagnose issues at a very deep level and treat the root cause of chronic disease. In addition, I really appreciate that he focuses on all aspects of his patients' health. It's not just about test results and prescribing supplements, but also about sleep, detoxing, stress management, and more. Dr. Citron understands that the WHOLE person needs to be treated. I'll be honest, I was a very complex case, having been diagnosed with over 18 conditions at one point in time or another while sick and bedridden. But with Dr. Citron's guidance, diligence and care, I am feeling better than I have in many years and am living a full, healthy and happy life again. When I found Dr. Citron, I was at a point of desperation and feared spending any more money on working with doctor's who weren't able to treat me and my complex conditions in a way that I knew I needed to be treated, but Dr. Citron has been able to do that and the money spent with him, on testing and supplements has been more than worth it. Another thing I really like about working with him is that he is willing to go at the pace that feels best to you. In addition, if you don't feel comfortable taking a supplement, he doesn't push you to take it. He has respected my fears about certain supplements and I've eventually worked up to taking all of his recommendations - which have been helpful to my healing - because I am in such a better place physically now . He is the most brilliant doctor I've ever met and I literally thank God for him and his staff. If no other doctor has been able to help you and/or you are suffering from debilitating health issues, I urge you to call him as soon as possible. If there's a waiting list to see him, get on it because it's worth it!!
