Associates always check on me while I am there and ensure that I am finding everything I need. Every time that I have asked for help, they were very friendly and polite. Love going here for all of my planting needs!

I’m not sure if I just always have good luck but every time I go here, I always have questions and a staff always reaches out to help me before I even ask. The two older gentlemen that mixes paint (one white man and one black man) are ALWAYS super helpful and polite. They even give me tips on brushes and what kind of finish to use on which room every time I go to that department. We come here often. Today, one employee, Jimmy, saw us while looking at lawn mowers and went above and beyond to help us find what we want. We also decided to open a Lowe’s card today since we shop here a lot. The super helpful cashier was Kyle and he explained everything including the fine print. We are always very happy to shop here.

(July 6, 2020, 10:07 pm)Not bad. No huge complaints, Felt welcome, the guy in plumbing could have been more friendly. Baby geese in the parking lot was super cool! So Four Points. The people on here giving poor reviews about customer service are probably spot on, however this place beats the one in Durham on Fayetteville! The old black man in Paint was SUPER COOL!!! Should promote him to manager! Else a great example
