The weren't pushy, and they worked to understand what I was looking for and what my comfort level was in order to help make the sale happen. I just LOVE my Ford Ranger!! I was able to leave with exactly what I wanted at a price that I felt comfortable with. Also, Jean-Marie was extremely responsive and prompt. I really appreciate how he communicated with me throughout the process. :-)

(June 18, 2020, 1:44 pm)We walked into Ford of Fuquay looking to research our options. We had spent the day before at 3 other dealerships (Nissan, VW, Hyundai) spinning our wheels. We didn't know what to expect walking into Ford. Jerry and Neil were our guys!! YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM! The dynamic duo! Jerry was our sales rep, and Neil was our sales manager. They really worked very hard to get to a price we could afford and work with. They were very kind, humble, and determined. They never pushed. And they were super patient with our 5 small kids who terrorized their showroom ? They got us a deal, and we got ourselves a new vehicle. Very happy!!! ?

(February 17, 2020, 9:34 am)I purchased a 2017 Mustang from Greg about a month ago and the experience was phenomenal. They took their time even though they kept the store open for me, well after hours. Everyone that I spoke with was nice and respectful, no one swarmed me when I first started to look at the cars, but help was not hard find at all. I 100% recommend Greg and I will looking here when I need to purchase another vehicle.
