“My review is not actually about their trucking services but about their care for those around them and them taking responsibility for their company’s actions. Last week while driving home from carpool with my two children, a rock came out of the back of one of their trucks and put a crack in my windshield. I immediately called them, no answer, but left a message on their voicemail. To be honest, since most truck companies have “not responsible for broken windshields” written on the back of their trucks (although this one didn’t), I didn’t expect to hear back from them ... but two days later I DID!!! They accepted responsibility, told me to go get quotes on fixing it, and they would take care of the bill! This people is the kind of company you want to deal with, a company that is honest and fair and takes responsibilities for their actions.”
