  This company was so competent, gracious, and personable. I needed an item to celebrate my granddaughter’s completion of chemotherapy. There was an urgent time factor. My belief is that half the company came together to successfully get me the item on time. They are the tops and I very highly recommend them

  Working in the aviation industry, once or twice a year I will order a couple of personalized items from A Simpler Time's aviation section of their website. I have a client visit coming up in February, so I ordered one of their aviation signs that can be personalized as a gift for my client. Even though the order stated it may take 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery, A Simpler Time had it to me in about 7 business days. Although initially impressed with the short turn-around time, when I opened the package, the personalized message I had ordered was wrong. I called the company and was immediately transferred to a live human being that listened to my problem, apologized for the error and oversight, pulled up my account, verified my wording and ordered another personalized sign right there on the spot...all within 5 minutes, without putting me on hold, no extra charges, no excuses, no 'escalating the problem' up the chain of command, etc.. That was yesterday...this morning they forwarded me a draft image of the reworked sign to ensure everything was right. This is customer service people! A Simpler Time will continue to get my business and I will make sure to recommend them to others in my industry!

  Super grateful the hard work their team put in this holiday season 2015. I ordered my item #116104 on like Thursday the week before Christmas. It was an engraved and personalized item, and it wasn't supposed to come in until after Christmas. I called the support team, and they insured me that everyone was working over time to get all items ordered to their destinations before Christmas. I got my Brass "Pirate" leather wrapped telescope, personalized and all, on the Tuesday before Christmas on Thursday. Great turnover time! My Procrastination became their team's burden, and they shined!
  
  It looked awesome and I really liked it. My Father liked it too! Wonderful customer service.

  I ordered a beautiful sign for our wine cellar as a
  Christmas gift for my husband. The quality was excellent. Unfortunately there was a small misspelling. The company was so accommodating in making the correction. If only every company handled mistakes so easily and kindly shopping on-line would be so much better. I will find more reasons to shop with this company because of the customer service.

  I ordered a bell to honor a friend for 70 years ringing. I ordered the extra large hand bell online, to be inscribed. I then called the company to say that I needed to be sure to receive the item in a week, or it would miss the celebration event. I called on a Friday, and I had the item the following Monday! It is very attractive, and the engraving is very nice and accurate. I am happy with the item and consider that I received very good customer service.
