Dr. Lyons and his staff were absolutely incredible - such kind, compassionate people. Dr. Lyons was quick to respond and made the whole process as easy as possible on us, which was a great blessing during such a difficult time. Not to mention, their prices for infant cremation were so much more affordable than other places we called. We are extremely grateful for the warmth and kindness we were shown.
Thank you Dr. Steven Lyons and his entire staff for their services and their cremation of my loved ones. They handled my aunt 3 years ago and my father this past week. Dr. Lyons handled everyone of my questions professionally and friendly. With my father, he allowed us to handle all the arrangements over the phone so that we did not need to go all the way into Raleigh and they delivered his remains to me. No one ever wants to go through this at any time, but unfortunately all of us will in this lifetime at one time or another. And when you do please contact this funeral home, you won't regret it. Amazing folks. Losing a loved one at any time is difficult, but especially around the holidays, however they will make everything as easy at they possibly can in this circumstance and won't overcharge you like every other funeral home in the area.
