It was my first class and Liz did a fantastic job of showing me around and walking me through what to expect. Great studio and my first Hot Yoga experience was amazing.

It’s more than a studio but more like a caring community. The instructors genuinely care and create a zero intimidation/judgement atmosphere. The range of classes are great as well, from a nice stretch to high intensity. Up until a year ago I gave up on fitness centers but now I rarely miss my daily classes.

This studio has become a huge part of why I love to call Raleigh home! I never routinely worked out before finding Arrichion and am so thankful I found something I love doing. Not only are the classes great, but Shannon, Liz, Jessy and Bishop are the best & are truly dedicated to your success.

After moving to Raleigh and trying a number of different gyms and studios, joining Arrichion East Raleigh has been a blessing. The classes are diverse dynamic and challenging. The studio space is modern clean and accommodating. What stands out is the staff. Jesse Shannon Liz and Bishop are excellent instructors who connect on a personal and durable basis with students during and after any membership trial. They are committed and conscientious about your success and safety and foster a warm welcoming vibe.
