Great experience at Good Feet. Sales woman hit right to business and we found the right shoes/inserts for me. She was professional, knew her stuff and was easy to work with. I find after only a few days that my hips do not ache as much when walking my dog. Yea! That change is a real plus.

I have had flat feet my whole life, and now that I am 70, I am having great difficulty walking. My husband suggested that I try the Good Feet Store as he had a number of years ago. Well I did. I met a very nice gentleman named Bryce. He stuck with me from my foot exam, through the fitting of my orthopedics, and a new pair of sneakers. He was very patient, thoughtful and kind. He will be following up with me as I become accustomed to the new fit. Right now I believe that there are only good things to come, as my fit feels quite awesome. Thank you Good Feet!

I visited the Raleigh location and Angela was an Angel. She was very informative, kind, funny, and warm. Angela took the time to get to know me, as well my family. I’m 8months pregnant and she literally put on and took off my shoes each time i tried something on. She did not make me feel rushed nor did she make me feel pressured to purchase anything. She walked me through every single step. I’ve never received that type of one on one before. I tried on everything she brought to me and My feet feel like they are walking on clouds. After we made our purchase of the whole system, only then did we discover she was the manager. I don’t know any manager that would take 1.5 hrs with a customer and not make them feel hurried. Thank you Angela for making this the best experience!

Good service and care from Summer Wilson at the store in Raleigh. She was kind, experienced and explained everything in detail. While extremely expensive the inserts have helped my feet so much that it is worth the cost. This system offers much more treatment than the podiatrist I saw!
