I want to send a huge shout out to David today! I was lost trying to get to the leasing office and not only did he tell me the way, but just walked me up. He was friendly, helpful, and I can just tell he cares about everyone. When there was a problem later in the office, he stopped in the middle of his lunch break and helped the vendor out personally. What a great team player!

I moved into the apartment in January 2022 sight unseen. I was unable to come do a tour as I was searching for a new place to live. Your employee, Nathaniel, was my “eyes” and he did an awesome job of virtually providing me with photos and going way beyond and out of his way to help me with securing the apartment and it did not disappoint. He was also my “legs” and did a lot of leg work in helping me view from afar and I am truly appreciative. Nathaniel always calls me by name when he sees me out and about and is always so friendly and professional. Today, Kudos to your employee, Jeanette, for helping me to secure a storage area that is convenient for me and my knees (LOL). We secured a date it works perfectly for me and my family. I appreciate her walking me to the storage to make sure it would work for me and process the paperwork for securing. I am just so appreciative of these two employees and wanting to send a kudos to them. Helping to make my transition/move here so less stressful! I am enjoying my stay so far at Park and Market. Exceptional property in the perfect, upscale location. Literally everything you want and need is right here within walking distance. In addition the staff is tremendous. Friendly, helpful service that’s always happy to be of assistance.

Jeanette Jones is always so positive and happy, she had such a good vibe and makes you feel at home here. Anytime I need something she is more than willing to help. She is one of the nicest people and makes living here feel like home.

Having searched around the Raleigh area for an apartment, Park & Market was by far the best option! Super well located & all the amenities one would need right on your doorstep. The staff are also super helpful, particularly Jeanette who was extremely friendly & responsive to all my questions which made my move in an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!
