“When I first saw Dr. Shearer it was for him to meet me and see if I would be a good fit for his practice. I was nervous because I was at the point that I couldn’t continue like I have been. He accepted me in with knowing my medical mystery. I was very grateful! I’ve been with him for over a year and throughout that time, I learned that not only he helped me, but I needed to start doing things for me too. I listened to him as he did with me, and he saved my life! My thyroid levels were so high he found the correct medications that helped me get them down! “I have dealt with “treatment resistant” depression for 43 years and have lots of difficulties with side effects of medications.
