I really can't say enough good things about our experience with Allison. I came across her info online one random day when my husband and I decided we were going to purchase a home in Raleigh. I didn't know Raleigh from a sack of potatoes and we never actually saw our home in person prior to purchase. Crazy? Perhaps... but Allison was right there with us every step of the way. It only took us one other offer to secure our property (not bad compared to places like California). She gave expert advise on pricing, negotiations, etc and landed up a sweet deal on an excellent home in a great neighborhood. To top all that - we had to switch lenders half way through (a long drama involving crooks and swindles) and thought for sure we had lost our home for forever. Allison helped up stick it to the shady lender, see us through the new one, and close the deal.

If you are looking for a communicative, honest, passionate, and caring REA, Allison is for you. When we guy again in Raleigh, which I'm sure we will, I will ONLY work with her. Oh and I should mention the rest of her team and the affiliate companies they partner with were all excellent as well. 5 Stars all around from someone who has done this several times.

It has been a pleasure working with Kristin! She has helped us tremendously during the buying process remotely. She did all the leg work that we couldn’t do living in a different state. She is reliable, caring and made sure everything is clearly explained to us. She went above and beyond to help us with everything involved, from inspection, suggesting us lending agent, and final inspection of the house to make sure everything is in order prior to closing. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Sudhir has been a phenomenal realtor. To say he has gone above and beyond would be an understatement. From June until November.

He has stuck by me through all challenges. He was able to find a home within my budget and even when my loan amount decreased, he continued to answer every phone call and text message. He severed as a liaison between myself and the builder to ensure my home was built to my liking. My closing date changed several times and he never flinched once. He is very kind, hard-working and caring with a huge heart. I recommend him to you or anyone you may have. He is more than a realtor he is now my friend.

Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. She helped us to find our dream house and really went above and beyond. She made the process of home-buying pleasant and not stressful! My husband and I would recommend anyone looking for a home to work with Melissa!

Gina Bell is a fantastic realtor and just a wonderful human being in general. We really felt like she cared about finding a home we love and not just making a sale. She listened to what my husband and I wanted and took that into each showing pointing out the things we’d like and the things we don’t like in each house helping us to quickly realize whether it would be a good fit. Our new home is perfect and she helped us negotiate a deal we could live with to get it. I would recommend anyone looking to move to the Raleigh-Durham-Wake Forest area work with Gina.
