Angie and her team are amazing to work with, she is by far the best realtor we have worked with. Sold our house in a pandemic, used virtual walk thru and virtual staging to push things along. If you are considering selling or buying a home dont hesitate, she and her team are the best!

Lauren Hussey was exactly who I needed to help find the right home for me. I live out of state and was moving to Chapel Hill to start my doctoral program. I did not have a very big budget, but you would never know that by the way Lauren treated me. She was more than happy to drive all over the triangle area to look at potential houses for me. She answered emails and texts promptly and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect house. Even after the contract was signed, the experience with A Cole Realty was fantastic. Jayme Roof jumped in to help with the closing and she was definitely on top of things. She ordered inspections and contractors right away. Buying a home is always stressful, but Jayme and Lauren definitely took a lot of that stress away.

We worked with Janna Tyndall for our purchase of a new home. She was extremely professional and personable. Her communications were prompt and when she did not know an answer she quickly followed up for us. She made our relocation seamless. We could not have found a better real estate agent! Having had our home on the market previously with another agent, which ended up not selling, we were skeptical in choosing our next agent. After interviewing multiple we ultimately chose Angie. From the start, she and her team were very organized, efficient, and proactive in getting our home listed without issue and were tech savvy as well. Out of the gate, we received more traffic in the first week than we did the entire time previously on the market. IN ADDITION TO, Angie's team was able to get us multiple offers , ultimately landing at full ask!! From there her team handled all the details and got us to a quick close without issue. Very pleased with our decision to go with Angie and her team and happily would share our experience with others and work again.
