IRP Semi Truck Registration

It was good friendly I forgot the lady name who helped me out and the gentleman from last time so great experience

This business is tucked beside the school, in the same complex. GPS navigation is not real clear.
The people are wonderful, not like other DMV facilities where they just take your money and move you on; the people take the time to help you and explain and are kind, thank you Sherry.

Go as early as possible because it gets busy around 10:30. When you arrive you pick up a envelope outside the door, fill it out, place your documents in the envelope, the line moves pretty slow, only one person in at a time. You’ll give the receptionist your folder and sit in your car until called… NOW… lol you’re going to wait about 2 hrs 😭🤣. BUT… the people are friendly once you get inside…. The worst part was the wait…I think it’s first come, first serve(not positive if they do appointments). But I walked in at 10am with no problem. Don’t waste your time calling it’s going to go to voicemail and the mailbox is full lol…. Just trying to save you guys a headache. If you have questions, unfortunately… your best bet is to just go there.

I read previous reviews talking about how friendly and nice, and I thought what?! At a DMV office? Sure enough each time I have gone in there they have all been super nice! The young lady working the front desk is awesome and more than willing to help you get what you need done.
