(September 18, 2021, 3:21 pm)I had a stroke in 2016 and have not been able to ride my bike since then. I asked NextStep in Raleigh if they could make it possible for me to ride a bike, and they said they could. After getting a set of adult training wheels, I was able to ride a bike by myself in the parking lot of NextStep with the support and encouragement of the excellent physical therapists at NextStep. I can't go without the training wheels yet, but I hope to ditch the training wheels soon. Three cheers for NextStep!
