“I love the washhouse I wash my clothes here every 2wks but the washhouse is more than jus any old laundromat when I'm waiting on the bus and it's either to cold or too hot outside the washhouse is right there I can sit and wait they got heat and air TV WiFi and bathrooms and although the homeless be chilling there they don't really bother nobody and the workers do their best to get rid of the folks jus hanging around but for the most part the washhouse be lit I love it ❣️”

“I’m giving them 5 stars. Not because they have exceptional service as most people might think. But because even when they mess up they always make it right. They are human and they have been dealing with staff shortages and other things. I remember I ordered pizza close to the super bowl and after waiting for 2 hours I called the store, the manager and entire staff had walked out and there was one person trying to run the entire store and make all the orders. Instead o canceling all of the orders (which would have been fair considering the circumstances) he was there trying to clean up the mess. I ended up picking up my order instead of having it delivered to make things easier. When they do good they do good but they make mistakes like any other business. The important thing is when they do, they always make it right. I will continue to order from them because of this. I have 5 hungry kids that love them some pizza. We need to remember everyone is human and subject to error. A little kindness goes a long way! Thanks for always doing your best and for making it right when you don’t.”

When I put the car wash code that was provided for me on my receipt the lights in auto car wash didn’t come in so I went inside to speak with Sherry and she explained she would reset it. Sherry came out from store to assist me and we find out together that car wager was down. Very close to I-40, downtown and NCState. I would rather bring my dog but they are not allowed here. Bring a basic tool set. You'll need it to unclog the drains.”
