“My daughter has special needs and finding a dentist was a challenge. Dr. Ravindran was recommended by a nurse. From the first phone call he was wonderful. He explained the process, and the process for insurance approval was started immediately. He was also very accessible, and returned emails and calls very quickly. When we met him at Wake Med the day of the procedure , he made us feel very comfortable. After the procedure he explained everything he had done, and discussed after care. My daughter will be seeing him for all her dental needs. I would highly recommend him!”

“This place is awesome and fun. The group atmosphere makes it so much less intimidating for kids. (Parents need to be brave and wait in the waiting room while the kids are having all the fun.) All my kids go together every 6 months (makes it easy to schedule) and they all have awesome teeth. My son's teeth also look fabulous after braces there! The dentists and orthodontists are amazing and we see all of them.”

“Around 9/4/2020, I broke a tooth in the back about 0100 in am. No 24 hr dental was open, but this office had a voicemail for emergency. I left a message explaining and the next morning Dr. Jones called himself. His office had sent a message to appear in the office by 1130. The first visit was wonderful. The first time in 45 years no pain other than the little pinch to numb. Any other place has numbed me right the first time. This office did, used mouth guard with holding open device, and took very much care and concern. Other than a little tenderness after the procedure for root canal and filling, I was great. Few days later, temporary crown placed because I was too tender for permanent and to make sure not other complications. Thing is I am a travel nurse and retired Army lady and I am here from MS. I am on COV19 assignment in Raleigh, NC. I was so happy and impressed. I am even thinking of returning for implants that I need. Great place and wonderful people at this office.”

I also would experience anxiety due to the fear of knowing I was going to suffer some type of pain. Not going to a dentist for extended periods of time has amounted to me developing periodontal disease. I was referred to this office Dorion & Associates and every visit has been very pleasant.
