“This park is perfect for family with kids of all ages. They have kid play grounds for little kids and middle age kids. They have slides and swings. The park has a bike ride mountain trail. Kids must register and have a helmet to ride the bike trail. The park has 4 baseball field each field have bleachers or you can take a blanket or chair to seat on the grass, tennis field, and basketball field. It also have a center with restroom. The restroom were very clean. Pets are also allow in the park. No complaints about this park. They have multiples parking lot.”

“This is my favorite Dunkin' location around us! We were going to one in a gas station strip and this is a much better location. The employees were very friendly and worked together inside. We placed a mobile order for pickup of the pumpkin cream cold brew. They were finishing it when I arrived. The drink was correct and they worked together to get it finished so I didn't have to wait. “I love my school. As an adult student of 3 years here, I can say that Northern Campus is probably the best campus with the most resources. Everything is new and modern. They have a food pantry for students in need, which is a wonderful service. The library is spacious. Computer labs always working. As a member of the Fall class of 2020, I am proud to be a Wake Tech Eagle! It’s never too late to get your college degree. I’m 36 years old and can promise you that the joy and pride you feel when you finish is so worth it. Invest in your future and in yourself. Affordable education at a beautiful campus! Only con is that the bookstore rarely buys textbooks back. I’ve never seen my assigned advisor once. They never return your emails. That is my only real gripe. I had to set up my schedules myself as best as I could without their assistance.”

She is incredible and you will be blown away by all of the ways she and her team go above and beyond. Seriously. Amazing. Here is the longer version... Patty and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations at every stage while helping us find and purchase a home in the area. Here are some examples: 1. Patty was patient and supportive of us as we looked at a ton of homes before finding one we liked. We never felt pressured to settle and she quickly learned our tastes and helped us hone in on the right homes. She would even proactively reserved tour slots for hot homes based on her understanding of our tastes. When homes are selling super fast in a competitive market, this was a huge benefit. Patty always made herself available to us and was ready to move fast when needed. 2. When touring homes, Patty was not afraid to get her hands dirty and would go into crawl spaces, under sinks, or wherever was necessary to get a feel for some of the hidden aspects of a home. Her expertise was really valuable here and could potentially save thousands on lost due diligence money by finding issues before an official inspection. 3. When it came time to make an offer, Patty did some fantastic data analysis to give us a recommendation on what specifically to offer in order to maximize our chance of the seller accepting our offer without overpaying. Her recommendation wasn't based on gut feeling or guessing, it was based on hard data and it worked like a charm. 4. The day we were submitting the offer, before I could even get to it, Patty had already contacted our lender and got the ball rolling on getting the pre-approval letter generated. Once the offer was accepted, literally the next day Patty's team had already scheduled a home inspection, termite inspection, site survey and radon test. She made it so easy on us! Incredibly, before we had the inspection report for more than an hour, Patty had already scheduled a plumber to come out to give an estimate for addressing some of the items in the report. “I was going to park at RDU airport initially and then saw Fast Park & Relax online and decided to go with them instead. Their parking prices are considerably lower than at the airport. It was very easy to park our car as they tell you which section to go to. There are dividers in between the parking spaces which also makes it easier to park. After we parked, the van came in about 5 minutes to pick us up to take us to the airport. It was only about a 5 to 10 minute drive. The driver assisted with our bags each way. Once we returned, we waited for about 5 to 10 minutes to be picked up and taken to our car. The driver this time brought our bags to our car. We paid when we left and our bill was $56.00 for parking for 7 days. It was hassle free and an overall enjoyable experience!”
