Phillip was my representative and he was patient and calm even though things were backed up and there were some employees out that day. Phillip treated me like a VIP. He got me a great ride home as there would be a delay due to the busy day, and kept me informed of the service process. New brakes, oil change, fluids topped off, tire rotation, state inspection all done at less than the quoted price. “This review is for Allison: I really can't say enough good things about our experience with Allison. I came across her info online one random day when my husband and I decided we were going to purchase a home in Raleigh. I didn't know Raleigh from a sack of potatoes and we never actually saw our home in person prior to purchase. Crazy? Perhaps... but Allison was right there with us every step of the way. It only took us one other offer to secure our property (not bad compared to places like California). She gave expert advise on pricing, negotiations, etc and landed up a sweet deal on an excellent home in a great neighborhood. To top all that - we had to switch lenders half way through (a long drama involving crooks and swindles) and thought for sure we had lost our home for forever. Allison helped up stick it to the shady lender, see us through the new one, and close the deal. If you are looking for a communicative, honest, passionate, and caring REA, Allison is for you. When we guy again in Raleigh, which I'm sure we will, I will ONLY work with her.
